My name is Damien Dalli and I'm an interdisciplinary designer and design leader who loves solving problems – creating digital experiences so that
users people can meet their goals and businesses have success.
Over the last 20 years I have worked dynamically with a wide range of companies, including: Hyundai, Genesis Motors, KIA, Signature Kitchen Suite (LG), Notable Solutions (Nuance Communications), Toshiba, Lincoln Financial, CANVAS Worldwide, Orange Label Advertising, D&K Engineering, numerous startups and more.
As a User Experience and Design Director, I have built and led multifaceted teams of UX, UI, User Research and Development (singularly and concurrently) [largest managed being a team of 10] – and have continued executing alongside them, with similar and complementary skill sets.
As a Co/Founder and Chief Product Officer (CPO) of startups (myLanguage / Vocre, AnythingAfter), the fast-paced environment granted me tremendous learnings and new perspectives when creating, launching and marketing products, plus the opportunity to speak in multiple countries, to thousands of people, sharing associated thinking; while also being honored with such awards as, Audience Choice and Best Mobile App at TechCrunch Disrupt SF.
Currently, me and my team are focused on enhancing various digital experiences; recently including two large automotive brand website redesigns and re-platforms. In addition to those redesigns, an exciting product I played a core role in was an Uber-like Test Drive experience called, Hyundai Drive – that improved the car shopping experience by bringing the Test Drive to the shopper directly.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my wife (best friend and high school sweetheart), two young sons, our dog, "Lord Remington" (Basenji); going hiking, watching movies, playing tennis, and more.
