I'm a problem solver
I try my best to understand people and do what I can to help solve their problems. I very much subscribe to a Human-centered design process, of which allows me to empathize with one’s goals and expectations throughout their journey.
As humans, we are emotional beings, that occasionally think; which means experiences need to be designed accordingly – while also respecting and understanding the fact that we, as designers/creators/makers/problem solvers, are the source of friction within any experience we create.
